Today was a grab and go kind of day for my photos. I was having a few issues with my bike and was really distracted with that on my commute to and from work.
Luckily the Charles river is ripe with many things to take photos of! I saw a guy in a kayak about to pass under a pedestrian bridge and decided to camp there for about 3 minutes. I shoot what I could, but felt like I was cheating myself a little. I needed to get home and figured I cold work the shots I was able to get.
My inspiration about to pass under this pedestrian bridge!
I also got some really high contrast shots of some sail boats in the sun. I was hoping I could do something with them in light room, but they were proving to be more difficult than I'd hoped. So, I ended up taking one shot into Photoshop and tried to make it look like there was an amazing sunset. Below is the before and after.
